"Dollar" Bill and the Spare Change is a blues band that was originally started when "Dollar" Bill Crissman was living in Nashville, TN through most of the '90's. Moving back to Erie in '99, he was the guitarist for local blues band Stiffy Harris and the Throbbers. Five years later, he found himself in a blues/rock band called Bad Habits. After many sideman gigs and guest appearances, he has recreated "Dollar" Bill and the Spare Change in Erie.
